To assist with the updating of the Rancho Cucamonga General Plan, dozens of trained volunteers have completed a grassroots polling process called Visioneering. The Visioneers are trained to solicit and document public input for the General Plan update. The purpose of Visioneering is to conduct more extensive outreach to a range of community groups, neighborhood groups, and stakeholders.
Through a series of five basic questions (distributed on Idea Cards), the City had begun to learn about issues and concerns felt by citizens and businesses related to the planning process and Rancho Cucamonga’s future.
